TK Group Three Key Group

About the Group

Three keys,
one market

Supply, channel and people. Most of our industry holds the first two. The third is what we turned into a system.

Identity

Who we are

TK Group is a goods-distribution and creator-economy company based in Nuevo León and serving the whole of Mexico. Monterrey is the group headquarters: wholesale and retail across six categories, our own MCN live-streaming base, a creator academy, and sales representation for other brands.

Five business lines feed one another. Product gives content something to sell; content brings traffic to product; the academy keeps producing creators; and those creators sell our goods as well as other people’s brands. Every new creator benefits all five lines at once.

We hold no inventory. Goods are supplied on consignment, settled after they sell, and shipped from the supplier’s own warehouse — so capital and headcount go into customers and content instead of a warehouse.

The Mark

What the logo means

Three Key Group
Green
Growth
The lowest key. Where every business begins, and the seed of the growth we handle.
Navy
Trust
The centre key. Formal incorporation, CFDI invoicing, IMSS and STPS standing — the paperwork that lets corporate and government clients work with us.
Red
Execution
The tallest key. The pace of the Mexican operation, and the will to finish what is started.
Star
Opportunity
The gold star above the three keys. What opens only when all three are in place.

Operating Principles

Four principles we work by

01
Zero inventory, asset-light
Suppliers carry the stock and the risk; we settle after the sale and they ship direct. No warehouse of our own, no capital locked in boxes.
02
People before price
Price competition has a floor. A creator who can explain a product does not. We invest where the scarcity is.
03
Never push stock onto a student
Academy graduates sell TK Group goods with no inventory of their own and earn commission on what closes. Wholesale supply is offered only to proven creators who ask for it.
04
Compliance first
Mandatory certification and Spanish-language NOM labelling are completed before goods leave the factory, not reworked in Mexico.

Milestones

How the group grew

From a trading desk to a creator-economy platform with five linked business lines.

Trading

The group begins by sourcing goods in Asia and selling them into North America, building the supplier relationships the business still runs on.

Mexican base

Operations formalise in Apodaca, Nuevo León — a legal entity, CFDI invoicing, IMSS registration and a local team inside the Monterrey industrial corridor.

Showroom and wholesale

A showroom and wholesale centre opens with all six categories on display, doubling as a stock point and a shooting location.

Creator base

A 500 m² space with ten live-streaming studios comes online, and the first contracted hosts and resident creators start broadcasting.

Academy and brand agency

Five course programmes open, and the creator network begins taking on outside brands alongside our own private label.

North America next

The United States and Canada in year one; Colombia, Chile, Peru, Spain and the rest of Europe in year two.

Leadership

“The best live studio is not necessarily our own. What matters is that the person in it is selling.”
John KimFounder & CEO · Monterrey, N.L.
