About the Group

Three keys,
one market

We turn the uncertainty of an unfamiliar market into structure — through market, capital and people.

Identity

Where we stand

North American supply chains have quietly rearranged themselves. Manufacturing that concentrated in Asia has moved toward northern Mexico, and Canada has become the gateway for the capital and talent that follow it.

Three Key Group was built precisely at that junction. We are a holding group, not a consultancy — we own and operate the businesses we recommend, from a golf store in Langley to an industrial services desk in Apodaca.

That is the difference we offer: advice that has already been tested on our own balance sheet.

The Mark

What the logo means

Three Key Group
Green
Growth
The lowest key. Where every business begins, and the seed of the growth we handle.
Navy
Trust
The centre key. The institutional trust and international accounting standard our Canadian head office maintains.
Red
Execution
The tallest key. The pace and drive of the Mexican operation, and the will to finish what is started.
Star
Opportunity
The gold star above the three keys. The opportunity that opens only when all three are in place.

Operating Principles

Four principles we work by

01
Execution over advice
Advice only matters once it survives execution. We stay until the company is registered and the first invoice is issued.
02
Local depth, global standard
We understand local practice without lowering the international standard. Accounting and compliance are run to Canadian norms; the field moves in the local language.
03
Technology as leverage
A compact organisation working across borders needs technology to do the work of headcount. Automation is how we operate, not just what we sell.
04
Long relationships
We prefer ten years to a single transaction. Remaining as an operating partner after entry is our default contract.

Milestones

How the group grew

From a single advisory desk to six business lines across two countries.

Canadian head office

A holding company is established in Langley, British Columbia, beginning advisory work for Asian companies entering North America.

Mexican operations

An office opens in Apodaca, Nuevo León, formalising company formation, permits and tax execution on the ground.

Trade and finance

Import, export and procurement move in-house, and a dedicated corporate finance and legal advisory practice is separated out.

Consumer businesses

Golf retail, specialised education and food service are added, giving the group a direct consumer presence in both countries.

Integrated group

Six business lines now share one customer journey — from first evaluation to settled local operation.

Leadership

“We do not compete on scale. Organisations that genuinely understand both sides of a border remain rare.”
